When will my order ship?

All of our items are made to order and the production times (the time it takes us to make the item) can be found on each product page. A majority of our items are made within 1-2 business days, but double check the product page for accurate and up to date production times - it's listed under "Shipping & Returns".

What shipping options are available?

Once your order is finished, we’ll ship it out right away via the shipping method chosen during checkout.

For domestic orders:

USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
We also have UPS options available for domestic orders. All options will show at checkout.

For international orders:

We ship UPS Worldwide for all international orders with a shipping time of 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Customs and duties are included in the cost.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send an email to you with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our shop. If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it or if you have any questions about your order, please send us an email at  service@thechozenfewband.com

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time-frame, we suggest trying the following:

- Check your tracking information and see if it has been delivered
- Check with neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to them (oops!)
- Contact your local post office to see if they have any information on the package
